Launched in 2003, Harbor to the Bay (H2B) has raised over $4 million for four local HIV/AIDS organizations; Fenway Health Center, AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod, Community Research Initiative (CRI), and AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts (AAC).

FENWAY HEALTH

Fenway Health has been serving the diverse neighborhood of Fenway and greater Boston since 1972 with primary medical care.

AIDS SUPPORT GROUP OF CAPE COD

Founded in 1983, AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod (ASGCC) is the sole HIV/AIDS organization serving Cape Cod’s communities.

COMMUNITY RESEARCH INITIATIVE

Community Research Initiative (CRI) is an independent, nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to leading the way in HIV/AIDS and hepatitis C (HCV) clinical research and ensuring access to lifesaving HIV medications and health insurance coverage for those in need.

AIDS ACTION COMMITTEE

New England’s first and largest AIDS organization, dedicated to stopping the spread of HIV/AIDS by preventing new infections and optimizing the health of those already infected.

H2B GENERAL FUND

The Harbor to the Bay General Fund is distributed to each beneficiary based on the amount raised by those riders that chose to ride in their behalf.
